Job Title: Product Owner – Property & Casualty Domain

Job Type: Full Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned **Product Owner** with deep expertise in the **Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance** domain to lead the product strategy and execution for **Agency Lifecycle Management** . This role will be pivotal in driving digital transformation, enhancing agency onboarding, credentialing, hierarchy management, compensation, and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Own and evolve the **product vision and roadmap** for Agency Lifecycle Management.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.

+ Translate requirements into **clear, actionable user stories** with well-defined acceptance criteria.

+ Maintain and groom the **product backlog** , ensuring alignment with business goals.

+ Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

+ Lead **sprint planning** , reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.

+ Ensure timely delivery of features that enhance agency operations and compliance.

+ Advocate for intuitive, value-driven solutions that improve customer and agency experience.

+ Monitor product performance and adoption using data-driven insights.

+ Partner with UX/UI designers to develop **personas and user journeys** .

+ Prioritize defect resolution and drive continuous product improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

+ Strong domain expertise in **P&C Insurance** , especially Agency Lifecycle Management.

+ Proven experience as a **Product Owner** in an **Agile environment** .

+ Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proficiency with tools like **Jira** , **Confluence** , and product roadmap platforms.

+ Familiarity with **regulatory and compliance** aspects of agency management.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ **8+ years** of experience in the insurance industry, with **2+ years** in a Product Owner role.

+ Experience in **digital transformation** initiatives within insurance distribution.

+ Knowledge of **agent onboarding platforms** , **CRM systems** , and **compensation management tools** .

+ Agile certifications such as **CSPO** , **SAFe POPM** are a plus.
