    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Controls, tracks, and updates the receipt, identification, categorization, recording, and documentation of all IT assets for all hardware, software, and infrastructure assets.

    + Support in defining, managing and governing IT Asset Management Processes for our branches including: Software Asset, Hardware Asset, Asset Disposal, Asset Audit

    + Hardware / software internal record keeping.

    + Experience with Service Now’s asset management module preferred but not required.

    + Drive automation of IT Asset Processes, identifying opportunities for enhancements or efficiencies

    + Coordinates with other stakeholders as needed to ensure proper software process controls

    + May perform quality assurance on databases, systems, audits, and scans.

    + Support IT Asset Management day to day activities.

    + Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Requirements gathering, issue tracking, risk management

    + Working knowledge of ITAM Lifecycle.

    Skills:

    + Data analysis, imports, audits, and reporting

    + Microsoft Office Products

    + Effective Communication

    + ServiceNow Solutions preferred (ITSM, SAM Pro, HAM, etc.)

    Ability to:

    + Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.

    + Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

    + Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; recommend or take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.

    + Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

    + Make internal and external clients and their needs a primary focus of actions; develop and sustain productive client relationships.

    Preferred Experience:

    + ServiceNow experience preferred.

    + Financial services industry experience preferred.
