CTG is seeking to fill a Data Entry position for our client in Pleasanton, CA.

**Location:** Pleasanton, CA

**Duration:** 1 month

**Work hours:** 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Duties:

• Input and update data accurately in databases or spreadsheets

• Verify information, identify discrepancies, and correct errors as needed

• Transcribe information from paper or audio sources into digital formats

• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all data

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies or issues

• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks within project deadlines

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data entry software

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, clerical support, or administrative roles preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position is $26.37 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
