    CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - AT&T LPM (mobility) position for our client in Houston, TX.

     

    **Location:** Houston, TX

    **Duration:** 12 months

    About the Role:

    CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AT&T enterprise initiatives within the Mobility space. You’ll oversee complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals. This is a hands-on role, requiring deep familiarity with AT&T tools, processes, and governance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage AT&T projects as defined in Enterprise One (E1), ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    + Provide governance and oversight for AT&T and vendor-managed applications.

    + Engage early in the project lifecycle (Pre-Phase 2) with Directors, Engagement Leads, Portfolio Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Sponsors.

    + Coordinate with Enterprise Release Management (EPAC), Test teams, and other key stakeholders.

    + Maintain up-to-date project information in AT&T tools, including E1, VE, Leankit, and iTrack.

    + Manage delivery of Epics, backlog reporting, and facilitate feature prioritization and PI Planning.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    + Strong understanding of AT&T tools, methods, and processes.

    + Proven ability in time management, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving.

    + Expertise in stakeholder management, risk management, and change management.

    + Financial management and budgeting experience.

    Experience:

    + Previous experience as an AT&T LPM, ideally with Mobility-focused projects.

    + Track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives within AT&T.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
