    We are seeking a skilled Roche NAVIFY **Implementation Consultant** to join our growing team. In this role, you will specialize in **configuring rule-based workflows, ensuring quality control compliance, and implementing automation strategies** within clinical and diagnostic settings. This role bridges technical configuration with clinical process improvement, ensuring NAVIFY products such as **NAVIFY Workflow** , **NAVIFY Decision Support** , and **NAVIFY Lab Operations** are optimally aligned to customer needs.

     

    **Location:** Portland, ME

    **Duration:** 12 months

    Duties:

    + Lead end-to-end implementation of Roche NAVIFY solutions, focusing on rules engine configuration, workflow automation, and QC setup.

    + Analyze clinical, laboratory, and operational workflows to translate requirements into optimized NAVIFY configurations.

    + Design and implement business rules, conditional logic, and alerts to support clinical decision-making and operational efficiency.

    + Configure and validate QC protocols, thresholds, and alerts in accordance with CLIA, CAP, and ISO 15189 standards.

    + Ensure all configurations comply with Roche quality requirements and regulatory guidelines.

    + Perform data validation, testing, and documentation to ensure rule accuracy and QC reliability.

    + Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual effort and improve process flow.

    + Collaborate with integration teams for interoperability with LIS, EHR, PACS, and third-party systems (HL7, FHIR, LOINC, DICOM).

    + Support the creation of custom interfaces or API-based integrations for automated data exchange.

    + Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

    + Provide user training and documentation on rule logic, QC procedures, and automation features.

    + Act as a liaison between client teams and Roche product/engineering groups for issue resolution and product enhancement.

    Skills:

    + Strong knowledge of Roche NAVIFY solutions (Lab Operations, Decision Support, Algorithm Suite).

    + Proficiency in workflow automation, rules engine design, and decision support systems.

    + Understanding of clinical laboratory QC processes and compliance requirements.

    + Experience with integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, LOINC, and DICOM.

    + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

    + Strong project coordination and documentation abilities.

    Experience:

    + 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation, preferably in laboratory, oncology, or diagnostic environments.

    + Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Roche NAVIFY platforms.

    + Experience with laboratory automation tools, LIMS middleware, or workflow scripting.

    + Familiarity with quality management systems and clinical laboratory accreditation standards.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75.00 to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
