Pay Range: $23.00 - $36.29

Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay. This system rewards our skilled professionals with a predetermined amount for each eligible task, fostering a culture of efficiency and swift task accomplishment, ensuring you're fairly rewarded for your expertise and dedication. These rates reflect average productivity by region.

Responsibilities

+ Diagnosticar y reparar según especificaciones: frenos e hidráulicos, escape, sistemas de encendido de combustible primarios y/o avanzados y eléctricos, suspensión y alineación, aire acondicionado y sistemas computarizados.

+ Explicar adecuadamente los diagnósticos técnicos y las reparaciones necesarias a personas sin conocimientos mecánicos.

+ Mantenerse actualizado con la tecnología automotriz en constante cambio mediante capacitación formal continua pagada.

+ Asistir y capacitar a técnicos/mecánicos en la realización de actividades técnicas.

+ Obtener o mantener certificaciones A.S.E. en al menos tres de A1 – A8 dentro de los primeros dos años de empleo (la empresa cubre los costos de exámenes y registro, apruebes o no. Los técnicos reciben un bono por cada examen aprobado).

Minimum Qualifications

+ Debes tener una licencia de conducir válida en todo momento y poder conducir vehículos de clientes y de la empresa.

+ Habilidad demostrada en sistemas de frenos e hidráulicos y/o dirección, suspensión y alineaciones.

Calificaciones Preferidas

3 años de experiencia en reparación automotriz, habilidades demostradas mediante evaluaciones/certificaciones de terceros, o finalización de un programa de Escuela Técnico-Vocacional. Certificación A.S.E. en al menos una de A1-A8 (se acepta certificación L1).

+ Experiencia en mantenimiento automotriz general y reparación de neumáticos.

+ Certificación/licencia vigente federal, estatal y local donde sea aplicable.

+ Capacidad para comunicar información técnica a personas no técnicas.

+ Habilidades de lectura, escritura y matemáticas.
