    El Técnico Automotriz desempeña un papel fundamental dentro de nuestro equipo de servicio automotriz. Como miembro clave, aprenderás y desarrollarás habilidades básicas en el diagnóstico, reparación y mantenimiento de vehículos. Bajo la guía de técnicos experimentados, este puesto implica aprendizaje práctico para abordar diversos sistemas y servicios automotrices.

     

    Los Técnicos Automotrices participan en inspecciones rutinarias, contribuyen a evaluaciones de vehículos y asisten en procedimientos de reparación. Además, pueden interactuar con los clientes para explicar los procedimientos de reparación, responder preguntas y brindar un servicio excepcional.

     

    En general, este puesto requiere una combinación de aptitud mecánica, atención al detalle y compromiso con la entrega de trabajos de alta calidad en un entorno dinámico. Este rol ofrece una oportunidad única para que las personas construyan una base sólida en reparación automotriz mientras contribuyen al éxito general de nuestro equipo.

     

    Pay Range: $18.70 - $28.05

     

    Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay. This system rewards our skilled professionals with a predetermined amount for each eligible task, fostering a culture of efficiency and swift task accomplishment, ensuring you're fairly rewarded for your expertise and dedication. These rates reflect average productivity by region.

    Responsibilities

    + Cambiar el aceite y realizar otros servicios de mantenimiento programado.

    + Realizar inspecciones de los sistemas de dirección, suspensión y frenos.

    + Instalar baterías y revisar los sistemas eléctricos.

    + Realizar mantenimiento de neumáticos.

    + Instalar piezas.

    + Realizar pruebas de manejo de los vehículos.

    + Obtener o mantener certificaciones A.S.E. en al menos una de A1 – A8 dentro de los primeros dos años de empleo (la empresa cubre los costos de exámenes y registro, apruebes o no. Los técnicos reciben un bono por cada examen aprobado).

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Capacidad para aprender tareas mecánicas básicas.

    + Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida en todo momento y poder conducir vehículos de clientes y de la empresa.

    + Conocimiento básico del mantenimiento automotriz general y servicios de reparación de neumáticos, incluyendo:

    + Cambios de aceite

    + Inspecciones básicas

    + Reparación de neumáticos

    + Habilidades de lectura, escritura y matemáticas.

    + **Calificaciones Preferidas**

    + 2 años de experiencia en reparación automotriz, finalización de un programa de Escuela Técnico-Vocacional en un campo relacionado o habilidades demostradas mediante certificados/evaluaciones de terceros.

    + Certificación A.S.E. o calificaciones externas equivalentes o certificaciones de capacitación.
