SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to lead logistics personnel and support the execution of all aspects of production/repair, warehousing, and material handling in support of Product Support operations.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
+ Serves as the day-to-day lead for logistics operations—assigning, executing, and monitoring work tasks.
+ Ensures accuracy and compliance in material handling, storage, and distribution processes.
+ Coordinates logistics support activities across multiple projects, programs, and warehouses/stockrooms.
+ Monitors material requirements and tracks movement with purchasing, production control, and shipping/receiving in accordance with defined priorities.
+ Manages the transfer of materials, parts, and finished products between source and final destination.
+ Executes disposition instructions as directed by the Project Manager.
+ Maintains IDS data integrity, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ Seven (7) years of Professional experience with project procurements and inventory management.
+ Six (6) + years of experience in logistical tracking, reporting, record keeping, warehousing, material transfer, issuance, and disposition of government and/or commercial property.
+ Five (5) + years supporting government property requirements and/or defense life-cycle material management.
+ Understanding of DoD inventory management systems and techniques.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Experience operating within a DCMA approved Inventory Data System (IDS).
+ Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. and standing for long periods.
