    The Customer Meeting Coordinator is a dynamic professional responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing customer meetings at key events and at NVIDIA HQ ensuring seamless operations and exceptional experiences for all participants. The role serves as a linchpin between different teams, stakeholders, and attendees, handling both logistical and communication aspects to drive successful engagements!

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Planning and coordination of customer meetings at NVIDIA events and offices. Be responsible for the end-to-end organization of customer meetings, and special events, including securing conference rooms, scheduling equipment setup, and agenda preparation.

    + Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical elements such as catering, transportation, accommodations, audiovisual needs, and event materials, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event/meeting.

    + Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and attendees, providing timely updates and handling inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

    + On-Site Execution: Supervise the setup, registration, and real-time problem-solving during events, ensuring all details align with expectations and that any issues are resolved quickly.

    + Post-Event Follow-Up: Gather feedback, prepare reports, and coordinate debrief sessions to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

    + Some roles may require occasional evening or weekend work depending on event schedules. The position typically demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys creating memorable, well-executed events.

    What we need to see:

    + 5+ years of experience in event coordination, office administration, or customer service roles.

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or certification in event planning or project management (or equivalent experience).

    + Organizational excellence; strong multitasking and time-management abilities to handle multiple events and priorities simultaneously. A meticulous approach to ensuring all event elements are executed perfectly.

    + Communication and collaboration; exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact confidently with diverse audiences. Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in fast-paced environments. Experience with engaging with customers, executives and VIPs.

    + Problem-Solving; quick thinking and adaptability to respond to unforeseen challenges as they arise.

    + Technical Proficiency; strong command of MS Outlook calendaring tool.

    Ways to stand out from the crowd:

    + Familiarity with event management software, scheduling platforms, and standard office tools.

    Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD.
