We are searching for outstanding software engineers to expand the AI for Graphics (AI4G) team, where you will invent and productize generative AI technologies for future games and interactive experiences. Our team has a track-record of building novel immersive AI-powered experiences for video games, and spans a wide range of backgrounds like gaming, generative AI, application and system development, and hardware architecture.
What you'll be doing:
As a member of our team, you will apply and extend ground breaking technologies in the areas of image and video generation, AI world models, and real-time computer graphics. You will collaborate with AI researchers and graphics leaders across the company, as well as external partners like leading video game studios. Your work output will bring new experiences to gamers and creators, influence industry-wide APIs and systems, and shape future generations of GPU architectures.
What we need to see:
+ Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar field
+ 12+ years of proven experience in deep learning, computer vision, computer graphics, or related fields.
+ Demonstrated background in algorithms and deep learning methods
+ Strong programming skills in Pytorch and C/C++
+ Experience working with distributed training, post-training, or inference pipelines for generative AI
+ Experience building real-world computer vision, AI, or graphics systems
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
+ Strong interest and background in AI-powered 3D graphics (e.g. real-time image enhancement, diffusion models, gaussian splatting, NeRFs )
+ Working experience in creating AI solutions for image or video generation tasks
+ Proven experience in working across the stack (from research to product deployment)
+ Ability to think creatively to debug and solve complex, hard to reproduce problems
+ A self-motivated and collaborative approach to problems, and phenomenal interpersonal skills

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD for Level 6.
