    Cycle Planner Online Cycle Team – Maintenance Work Management

     

    Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Online Work Management Cycle Team is responsible for the development and control of both discipline-specific and system outage cycle schedules in the Online Work Management Cycle Plan. This includes balancing workload with available resources, ensuring schedule consistency and workability, and supporting T Week Milestones. The role supports Work Planning, Maintenance, and Operations in the timely scheduling of online, pre-outage, and system outage repetitive tasks (reptasks), while supporting equipment reliability initiatives.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • 3+ years of nuclear (commercial or Navy) power experience

    • Basic power plant system knowledge

    • Experience with Maintenance and Life Cycle Management Systems (e.g., Maximo, LTAM,)

    • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera)

    Preferred:

    • Associate’s or Technical Degree in a related field

    • 5+ years of experience in Maintenance (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation & Controls), Maintenance Support (Engineering/Scheduling/Planning), or Project Management

    • First Line Supervisor or leadership experience in Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, or Projects

    • Experience with schedule preparation, coordination, and execution

    • Cross functional organizational experience (Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, RP, Chem)

    • Knowledge of Equipment Reliability and Life Cycle Management processes including Periodic, Preventative, and Predictive Maintenance.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate, develop, and update discipline and cycle schedules to ensure accurate planning, resource allocation, parts acquisition, and schedule execution

    • Develop detailed, accurate, and usable schedules and reports to provide effective management tools for execution and feedback

    • Attend scheduling meetings to ensure pre-planning, implementation, and schedule critiques are effective in developing continuous product improvement

    • Transition the site from the Cycle Plan to the Work Week schedule, incorporating risk assessments and resource balancing

    • Provide assistance to cross functional personnel involved in the work management processes to ensure milestones are met.

    • Lead Work Management T-meetings and ensure milestone success and PM program health

    • Continuously improve scheduling tools, processes, and team performance

    • Assist in the development of work windows and contingency plans
