    Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will provide data-driven recommendations to optimize program performance, identify and mitigate risks, ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This includes identifying risks associated with design, development and integration. You will conduct in-depth analysis of program data, including cost, schedule, and performance metrics, for the Trident programs and the Nuclear Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program. You will integrate data and analysis from the SLCM-N program into overall SSP enterprise assessments, identifying synergies and potential conflicts with existing Trident programs. You will develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and processes to enhance program performance monitoring and reporting capabilities across all assigned programs. You will present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing in-depth analysis of program data (such as cost, schedule, and performance metrics) for large-scale, complex technical programs to identify programmatic or performance challenges and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Proactively identifying, tracking, and assessing program risks related to system architecture, development, or integration, and developing effective mitigation strategies to ensure program success. Integrating new and existing complex programs within a large enterprise framework, identifying synergies, and resolving programmatic conflicts to improve overall enterprise efficiency. Developing, maintaining, using or improving analytical tools, dashboards, or processes to enhance program performance monitoring, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making for senior management. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. This position is part of the Navy Nuclear Deterrent Mission. This announcement uses the Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) Business & Technical Management direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service. This position has a control point; thus, the salary range may be capped at GS-15, step 05, which is equivalent to $195,200. If your current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched. Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized. Several vacancies may be filled. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
