Work Schedule:

+ Daylight and evening hours available - we will work with your school schedule!

+ One weekend (Saturday and Sunday hours) is required every 4th week.

+ Weekday hours and short shifts also available!

+ No on-call hours or holidays required!

The Diagnostic Radiology department is a fast-paced, team-oriented setting where Student Techs can gain valuable, hands-on trauma experience! This position is designed for Imaging students to expand their skills and ready them for the workforce - join us today!

Responsibilities:

+ Complete procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist or Technologist.

+ Assist with positioning and performing exams.

+ May utilize complex imaging equipment for the acquisition, analysis, reconstruction, and documentation of image data.

+ May perform daily equipment inspections, warm up procedures, and follow Quality Control Program under supervision of a Technologist.

+ Assist Radiologist and Technologist setting up contrast.

+ However, will never be responsible for loading or priming the injector.

+ Follow radiation safety standards and protocols.

+ Arrive patients, track exams, scan scripts, and schedule exams in the Radiology Information Systems.

+ Must be an active 2nd-year student in ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, or NMCTB approved school.

+ Radiology students preferred.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

+ Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal

+ Act 33 with renewal

+ Act 34 with renewal

+ Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
