We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our growth by generating qualified leads, building relationships, and supporting the success of our expanding technology sales team.

    • Key Responsibilities

    + Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted outreach, research, cold calling, and networking.

    + Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

    + Understand and communicate ATS’s full portfolio of technology products, services, and solutions.

    + Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitors, and customer challenges to position ATS effectively.

    + Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., ConnectWise).

    + Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.

    + Represent ATS at industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand visibility and generate leads.

    + Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for pipeline generation and revenue contribution.

    • Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree required.

    + 3+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or account management (preferably in commercial or SLED markets).

    + Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    + Proven ability to build relationships and close qualified opportunities.

    + Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise) and pipeline management.

    + Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, or cold outreach platforms a plus.

    + Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    • Preferred Skills

    + Experience selling IT infrastructure, SaaS, cloud services, or cybersecurity solutions.

    + Technical aptitude to explain complex IT solutions in simple terms.

    + Experience in solution-based or consultative selling.

    + Track record of exceeding sales or pipeline targets.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
