    About the Role

     

    Join our dynamic Sr. Test Engineering team to help develop and support next-generation test solutions for BGA packaged components, RF modules, and probe devices. You’ll contribute to complex engineering assignments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and reliability of automated test systems.

    Responsibilities:

    + Design, qualify, and maintain RF and precision analog test systems.

    + Improve uptime of laser trimmers, package handlers, mechanical fixtures, and wafer probers through automated test software.

    + Optimize test and factory automation using statistical analysis and data-driven insights.

    + Validate test applications against customer specifications.

    + Document and communicate test application details to internal and external stakeholders.

    + Ensure compliance with quality systems through documentation and training of operators and technicians.

    + Participate in peer reviews and support compliance for military and aerospace industry standards.

    + Troubleshoot hardware using schematics, layout files, and test equipment.

    + Support sustainment of sub-systems including electrical, mechanical, and digital components.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

    + Experience in software development using Delphi PASCAL, C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and Python (preferably for RF testing).

    + Strong troubleshooting skills in electronic and mechanical systems.

    + Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics.

    + Experience with electronics hardware design, manufacturing, or electrical component testing.

    Preferred:

    + Mastery of RF test methods and equipment: VNAs, spectrum analyzers, amplifiers, noise sources, power sensors/meters, signal generators.

    + Experience with RF and optical transmitter, receiver, sampler, and transceiver test development.

    + Background in continuous improvement initiatives and analytical problem-solving.

    + Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, source meters, precision DMMs, BER testers, switching matrices, and power supplies.

    Physical Demands:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continually required to stand; walk; balance; crouch, stoop, twist, kneel, use hands to finger, handle, grasp, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, some overhead push/pull an average of 50 lbs. The employee is occasionally required to lift more than 50 lbs.; climb; twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Employee will occasionally operate various lifts/hoists.

    Bonus or Equity

     

    This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

    Pay Range

    The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 101,500.00 - 188,500.00

     

    Is this role subject to ITAR?

     

    The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
