Job Summary

**Serve the crowd with energy and excellence!** As Concessions Manager, you will oversee the operations of all concession areas, ensuring seamless service, high-quality offerings, and a memorable guest experience. You will lead a team focused on speed, accuracy, and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

+ 2–4 years of experience managing concessions or high-volume foodservice

+ Familiarity with POS systems and food safety protocols

+ ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage day-to-day operations of all concession stands

+ Hire, train, and supervise concessions staff

+ Maintain high standards for food quality and guest service

+ Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination

+ Monitor compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations

+ Track sales and labor to meet budgetary goals
