Job Summary

**Where merchandise meets momentum!** As the General Manager of Retail, you will oversee all retail operations within the venue, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for guests. From product selection to team leadership, you’ll drive sales, manage inventory, and bring the brand to life through elevated service and merchandising.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business, or related field

+ 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in sports or live entertainment

+ Proven track record of meeting sales targets and operational goals

+ Experience with inventory systems, visual merchandising, and POS systems

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee daily operations of all retail locations in the venue

+ Hire, train, and lead the retail team to ensure exceptional service

+ Manage product selection, merchandising, and inventory control

+ Partner with Levy marketing and brand teams to align with merchandising goals

+ Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue

+ Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting, and compliance with Levy policies
