Responsibilities
This is a high-impact role where you'll own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for our Business Lending solutions. Here’s a snapshot of what you'll be doing:
+ Redefine the Vision: Develop and champion a refreshed strategy and vision for Lending and Capital that delivers transformative customer benefits and drives growth.
+ Assess and Innovate: Conduct a thorough assessment of our current lending platform and identify opportunities for innovation - leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
+ Lead the Roadmap: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest customer and business value while working closely with design, engineering, and data science teams.
+ Drive Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
+ Champion the Customer: Deeply understand the needs of small and medium businesses seeking capital, translating those insights into intuitive and delightful lending experiences.
+ Measure and Optimize: Define KPIs and regularly analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize for growth, with a specific focus on top-of-funnel and funnel management.
+ Inspire and Coach: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
+ Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data science, to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced product leader who can hit the ground
running. Here's what you'll need:
+ 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years focused on lending or fintech at scale.
+ 10+ years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers.
+ A proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drove significant customer engagement and business growth.
+ Deep understanding of top-of-funnel strategies and funnel management with a focus on conversion and user experience.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.
+ Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of articulating complex product concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a bonus
