(2nd Shift Only and MUST be HIGHLY Skilled) Here is how YOU would help benefit the team: I. Station or Machines: A. CNC Lathes B. Secondary machines II. Job Duties/Responsibilities: A. Set up and operate CNC lathes B. Set up and operate secondary machines C. Selection of tooling D. Inspection of product to blueprint E. Accurate reporting of production and labor to company procedures F. Update setup records as needed G. Locate, load, and store tape or program H. Perform preventive maintenance as required I. Cleaning of work area J. Movement of parts to next operation K. Write and edit CNC program when necessary Qualifications III. Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Education or Certification) A. Two (2) years vocational school or one (1) year machine shop experience B. Must be able to read and write in English C. Must be able to operate hoist or crane D. High school graduate E. Five (5) years experience on CNC lathes IV. Minimum Physical Qualifications A. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. B. Must be able to operate hoist or crane V. Minimum Qualifications A. One (1) year machine shop experience on CNC lathes or high school graduate and six (6) months experience on CNC lathes B. Safety rules and procedures C. Setup and operation of equipment D. Ability to read blueprints and understanding of tolerances E. Familiar with quality procedures and requirements F. Editing of programs G. Must read and write in English H. Understanding of departmental procedures and instructions VI. On-Going Training Requirements A. Hoist and crane operation B. Safety rules C. Operation of machines D. Training and seminars as deemed necessary by management
