Job Description
Insight Global is looking to bring on a VP of Professional Services to sit onsite 3x a week in Hartford, CT. This person will be responsible for client service and retention, business development and generating services revenue. In this role, you will establish partnerships that lead to software sales, contribute to software development and manage team projects. You will also be responsible for producing professional services revenue, establishing partnerships to services revenue, collaborating with Sales to assess market needs, and develop demos and pitch materials. They will also collaborate with team members to develop training programs for end users.

Skills and Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant insurance or asset management experience, or
• A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, or work in a project-oriented client service role.
• Proven leadership skills and expert knowledge of systems and processes.
• Actuarial software expertise and the ability to learn new software.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance and enterprise risk management.
• Actuarial designation (FSA/FCAS or experienced ASA/ACAS) preferred.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, or progress towards a designation is a plus.
• Experience with Asset/Liability Management.
• Insurance and financial acumen including understanding of insurance finances.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for a client facing position; Excellent presentation skills
