    Job Description

    Insight Global is currently seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with 5+ years of expertise in developing engaging and effective learning solutions. This will be a 6 month contract for a large gaming enterprise in KY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulated industries and be proficient in tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, or similar platforms. A solid understanding of adult learning principles and compliance training design is essential. Attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are key to success in this role.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of instructional design experience; prior work in regulated industries (ie: healthcare, compliance, financial, etc)

    • Experience building courses^

    • Proficient in Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, or equivalent

    • Understanding of adult learning principals and compliance training deign

     

    Experience building courses that include gamification, interactivity, quizzes, scoring, videos, and complex course configurations
