Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Roadway & Compliance Engineer for an onsite role in New York City. This position requires a deep expertise in civil design, regulatory compliance, and design review processes. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and auditing developer and design-builder submittals for compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Skills and Requirements

7 years of relevant civil design experience, PE license (New York or New Jersey required), strong understanding of Port Authority Design Guidelines, NYDEC/NJDEO codes, and AASHTO standards, experience reviewing and auditing design submittals, ability to read and interpret specifications and contract documents experience with transportation or infrastructure projects involving public agencies, familiarity with NYC permitting and compliance processes
