Job Description
A global banking client is looking to hire a Visual Identity Consultant to support Enterprise Design & Research group. This role will be responsible for helping the team define and express its identity across email collateral, logos, and stakeholder-facing materials. This consultant will create new content (e-mail templates, brand messaging, team communications), edit existing assets, and develop a cohesive branding strategy tailored to the team's goals. This role will design or guide the creation of visual and written materials that reflect our values and mission. The role includes creating brand guidelines and training the team on consistent application. The consultant will also advise on tone, messaging, and stakeholder engagement. All efforts must align with broader organizational standards and communication goals.

Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in brand strategy, visual identity development, and team communications
- Strong portfolio of branding work across digital and print media
- Proficiency in design and office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Outlook, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and how the work of designers fits into the broader mission of an organization
