    Job Description

    The Business Solution Architect II in HR is positioned as a strategic technology advisor who partners with HR and MIS leadership to align digital solutions with business goals. This role will bridge technical expertise with HRIS end-user understanding, ensuring seamless project execution, strategic alignment, and readiness for AI transformation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Leadership & Implementation - Strong project management skills with a history of managing HR systems implementations

    • Own project timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverables to ensure on-time and successful deployments

    • Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee configuration/customization in partnership with IT and vendors

    • Ability to facilitate workshops (or JAD sessions or design thinking) and create visual process maps

    • Collaborate with HR leadership to define transformation goals and translate them into actionable technology roadmaps.

    Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management:

    • Act as liaison between HR, IT, training teams, and business leaders.

    • Facilitate training and onboarding for system users and administrators.

    • Promote user adoption and monitor system usage to ensure success and return on investment.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a technology or business discipline

    • 5-7+ years of experience managing medium to large technical solution implementations.

    • 5+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and associated application as Architect

    • Proven track record managing HRIS project implementations, preferably in enterprise environments (SAP/ SF).

    • Strong understanding of HR Process involved in Talent which includes Learning / Onboarding/ Recruitments/ Succession Planning.

    • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.

    • Proven experience in HR systems architecture and enterprise solution design.

    • A general technology background. Can speak the language of technology, explain the pros/cons of different approaches, understands and can articulate cyber considerations.

    • Excellent communication, training, and change management skills.

    • AI Awareness & Strategy

     

    Process Analysis

     

    -Facilitates sessions with unrelated teams to break down business process, identify gaps and define options to remediate.

     

    -Strong understanding of technology platforms and strategy and can align solutions to them.

     

    -Experience working directly with stakeholders to identify, analyze and gather solution requirements.

     

    -Experience analyzing business processes and using requirements to develop common data models.

     

    -

    Implementation

    -Manages major projects and small/minor programs. Includes understanding the work, how the work achieves the project goals, and providing transparency and accountability for delivery to the schedule.

     

    -Works with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

     

    -Resolves most obstacles and project conflicts and knows when to escalate.

     

    Technology Skills

     

    -Experience with Microsoft Online (O365/M365) environment including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Whiteboard, Delve, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

     

    -Experience Working in Agile project management methodology and Agile teams and working with Developers, Architects, and Business Customers.

     

    -Experience with data analysis and manipulation.

     

    -Experience with Visio and project management software (MSProject, Planner, DevOps).

     

    -Functional and technical skills with SuccessFactors Talent Management Modules (LMS/ Onboarding / Succession planning/ Performance) are added advantage
