Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the architectural coatings industry, is in the midst of a PriceFx implementation and is seeking an experienced PriceFx Consultant to join their team. This role is critical to driving the next phase of the implementation, ensuring seamless integration between business requirements and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Lead and participate in implementation roadmap meetings, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

• Collect and validate business requirements, schedule and facilitate sessions with end users.

• Support Agile/Scrum processes, including backlog refinement, user story creation, and sprint planning.

• Drive the next phase of PriceFx implementation, focusing on agreements, promotions, and quotes.

• Manage list price updates, rebate structures, and ensure harmonization across ERP systems.

• Collaborate with multiple ERP owners to guarantee integration meets business needs.

Skills and Requirements

• Expertise in PriceFx and its core functionalities.

• 4–5 years of professional experience (maximum 7 years).

• Proven pricing project experience with measurable outcomes.

• Strong background in commercial excellence initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering and documentation. • Prior PriceFx implementation experience.

• Industry exposure to paint or coatings companies.

• Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
