Job Description
Insight Global’s top data client is seeking an Owner’s Rep (OR) Project Manager who will be responsible for managing hyperscale data center construction projects from inception through completion. This role includes full accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and budget across multiple greenfield campus builds. The OR Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle from construction to deployment, ensuring internal requirements are gathered and solutions delivered that meet customer needs. Responsibilities also include supporting special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facilities. The ideal candidate will resolve highly critical issues within a matrix organization while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines and cost controls.
PR: $90-95/hr based on experience

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of experience in program or project management within large-scale construction projects
Data center or mission critical experience
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase builds from dirt-to-done
Strong construction background with expertise in safety, scheduling, and cost control
Experience managing project budgets between $500M and $1B
Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and navigating matrix organizations
Familiarity with construction safety standards and ability to enforce compliance
Strong understanding of contract administration, change orders, and vendor coordination
Ability to lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and commissioning Hyperscale data center experience
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems experience, including commissioning and integration
