    Insight Global is looking for multiple Commercial + Fleet Sales Representatives for a large automotive client. They will engage in both inside and outside sales activities, balancing office-based tasks with field outreach. They will build relationships with contractors, service businesses, and fleet buyers by prospecting new accounts, conducting cold calls, and sending targeted emails. The role involves presenting tailored vehicle solutions and collaborating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Success in this position is directly tied to effort—those who actively pursue opportunities and nurture client relationships will thrive in this uncapped commission environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and driven to grow a long-term sales funnel in a highly relationship-focused industry.

     

    Salary Range $60,000 - $83,000

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

     

    Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism

     

    Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and manage a sales pipeline College degree

     

    Prior B2B sales experience (automotive not required)

     

    Comfortable with CRM tools and virtual/in-person presentations
