    Job Description

    Day-to-Day:

    The DevOps Senior Specialist will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining infrastructure and tools for software development, deployment, and release. This role focuses on accelerating secure software releases, implementing CI/CD practices, and improving feedback cycles. The specialist will assess current systems, identify improvements, and leverage enterprise tools to enable DevOps methodologies. Responsibilities include assisting with deployments across multiple environments (production, testing, sandbox), driving automation and innovation opportunities, and ensuring risk mitigation during releases.

    Compensation:

    $40/hr to $45/hr

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Have:

    • Big Query

    • Cloud Infrastructure

    • 7+ years of experience in relevant field

    Bachelor’s Degree Plusses:

    • 2+ years mentoring engineers

    • In-depth software engineering knowledge

    • Experience with BI, ETL, and Data Management tools (Informatica, IBM DataStage, QLIK, Looker)

    • Knowledge of API development (REST API)
