    Our client in the ITS/ Tolling industry is looking for a Project Engineer to join their team in Houston, TX. This person will manage and support the field operations on projects. The appointed person will report to the Project Manager, but primary responsibility will be to assist in all the project areas including to ensure that the foreman and crew have the materials, equipment, and information necessary to complete the job. As an extension of the Project Manager, the PE is ultimately responsible for understanding and accomplishing the customer's goals while protecting and promoting the interests of SICE Inc in all matters.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3-5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction as an engineer

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

    • Industry experience: experience working with TxDOT and electrical scopes/projects

    • Strong Excel experience

     

    Comfortable working in the field/ experience working in the field • Spanish
