    Overview:

    As an IT Staff Engineer I, you’ll play a mid-level role in managing and supporting IT infrastructure and applications. You’ll lead development efforts, design intelligent solutions using Generative and Agentic AI, and ensure compliance with IT standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Independently manage projects from concept to completion

    -Develop AI-driven solutions using Generative AI (e.g., LLMs) and Agentic frameworks

     

    -Implement reliable engineering practices and recovery procedures

     

    -Design performance metrics and reference architectures for applications

     

    -Ensure adherence to IT policies, controls, and industry standards

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -5+ years of experience in IT App Support or Development

    Advanced knowledge of Intelligent Automation (RPA, workflows)

    -Advanced knowledge of Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) and Agentic AI

     

    -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Co-Pilot Studio

     

    -Strong understanding of regulatory/legal compliance and industry standards

     

    -Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects

     

    -Experience with Azure DevOps and pipeline development

     

    -Ability to align projects with organizational goals, lead teams, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks

     

    -Proficiency in governance patterns (intake, technical reviews, architectural compliance) -Intermediate to advanced knowledge of UiPath Cloud technologies

     

    -Experience in Financial Services or Banking
