    Job Description

    The RIIM SPRM (submission planning and requirements mgmt) team is hiring a contract Reporting Analyst to support the ARC (Accelerate Regulatory Capabilities) project during the migration of submission planning to Veeva. This role focuses on assessing, rebuilding, and validating planning reports to maintain visibility post-transition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inventory and document current submission planning reports and assess Veeva impact

    • Rebuild SPRM and stakeholder reports using Veeva data

    • Provide curated datasets to support planning insights

    • Address ad-hoc reporting needs and resolve defects during migration

    • Apply expert knowledge of DORA and related data sources

    • Validate reports against business requirements

    • Maintain clear documentation for report development, UAT, and approvals

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience delivering reporting solutions for Veeva Vault reporting for the submission module (built in capability that allows users to create reports and dashboards based on Vault data)

    • Advanced Power BI skills: data modeling, DAX, refresh scheduling, and security

    • Hands-on experience with Veeva (Registrations, Vault RIM, or related modules) and its data model

    • Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and troubleshooting

    • Understanding of data hub architectures (e.g., lakes, marts, integration hubs)

    • Ability to translate business needs into technical reporting solutions
