             Job Description A client/employer of Insight Global based in the Memphis area, is seeking a Visual Communications Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at transforming complex information into visually compelling documentation and presentations that support onboarding and new hire processes. Role Overview As a Communications Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: Crafting engaging digital content and storytelling assets for the Human Resource team Designing executive-level presentations (especially in PowerPoint) Developing clear, visually appealing resources to streamline onboarding and HR communications Supporting change management initiatives by creating materials that guide employees through transitions and new processes Collaborating across departments to ensure consistent and effective messaging We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven experience creating presentations for executive audiences Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong visual storytelling and design capabilities Experience supporting change management communications Experience creating content for HR and onboarding initiatives Background in enterprise-level environments Local to Memphis and available for a hybrid work schedule
