• Windows 11 Deployment Field Technicians

    Job Description

    We are seeking six contract technicians to support a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade initiative across hospital and clinic locations. This role involves hands-on hardware upgrades, device imaging, and light troubleshooting. Technicians will work in clinical environments and must demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills when interacting with healthcare staff.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform hardware upgrades on desktop devices (memory installation, drive replacement)

    • Image devices using provided KB articles and step-by-step instructions

    • Coordinate with charge nurses before entering patient rooms

    • Maintain professionalism and empathy in clinical settings

    • Travel to assigned clinics within a 15-mile radius of the main hospital site

    • Document completed work and escalate issues as needed

    Skills and Requirements

    • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, hardware deployment, or related field

    • Basic hardware knowledge (RAM installation, drive swaps)

    • Ability to follow technical documentation and imaging procedures

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally • Experience in hospital or clinical environments

    • Prior deployment or field technician experience

    • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware issues
