    We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager, based on the West Coast, to lead strategic growth initiatives with Tier-1 OEMs in the AI semiconductor space, including industry leaders such as NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and similar. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in technical sales, OEM relationship management, and electronic components—particularly in high-performance computing, AI, and data center applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Account Management: Own and expand relationships with Tier-1 OEMs, acting as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers and engineering teams.

     

    Revenue & EBITDA Growth: Drive top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability through strategic sales initiatives, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.

     

    Technical Sales Leadership: Translate complex technical requirements into compelling value propositions. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer roadmaps.

     

    Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI, HPC, and semiconductor markets to inform business strategy.

     

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global sales, marketing, product management, and executive leadership to align go-to-market strategies.

     

    Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, supply agreements, and long-term partnerships.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    10+ years of experience in business development or technical sales within the electronic components or semiconductor industry.

     

    Proven success managing and growing Tier-1 OEM accounts, especially in the AI, GPU, or data center segments.

     

    Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chains, electronic components, and system-level integration.

     

    Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and EBITDA in large, global organizations.

     

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

     

    MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

    Preferred Experience:

    Deep relationships with key stakeholders at NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, or similar.

     

    Experience working with global teams and navigating complex multi-national sales cycles.

    The Pay range for this role is $81,393.90 - $127,904.70 Annual
