    ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

    You will support the Restaurant General Manager running great shifts and being able to execute all Restaurants administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, you must be able to provide the Leadership necessary to ensure the restaurant can sustainan acceptable level of day-to day operations.
