Position Summary
The Expeditionary Operations School (EOS) Program Manager overseeing and coordinating the preparation, delivery and recovery of the various EOS courses to ensure they benefit the individual student attending, the Air Force intent for training and meet the business goals of Seventh Dimension. The Program Managers main duties include organizing and executing various activities to improve company efficiencies, establish short-term goals for execution and build long-term goals for developing the overall program ensuring success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Manage staff of at least 50 employees ensuring that daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed and in compliance with the contract and Company requirements.
+ Direct the completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints.
+ Schedule and assign duties to subordinates and contractors and ensure assignments are completed as directed.
+ Enforce work standards and review/resolve work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
+ Provide advice and guidance regarding the planning, execution, and re-constitution of assets.
+ Identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
+ Assist with recruiting, hiring, and terminating employees and contractors working in support of this contract.
+ Enforce Quality Control and Quality Management in support of contract performance and delivery.
+ Quarterly Counseling of DPM and Course Leads done through monitored performance
+ Assist 421st EOS with managing schedules, resources, cost, and quality in accordance with planned estimates and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
+ Have three (3) years of management experience in combat training, planning and execution as well as have the ability to train junior personnel.
+ Have three (3) years management or supervisory experience of at least 50 personnel, providing leadership and guidance.
+ Hold a current Secret security clearance prior to starting in position.
+ Have experience with pre-deployment training issues/practices.
