    Job Summary

    Reporting to the Senior Vice President, President Government Markets, the Vice President of Product Strategy and Development is responsible for developing and managing products that result in achieving membership and margin targets for all Government Markets lines of business, including Medicare, Duals, Medicaid, and Direct.

     

    The Vice President will lead cross-functional teams (Product, Actuarial, Finance, Network, Sales and Marketing) through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market introduction, while ensuring that products are both competitive and meet the needs of our customers.

    Job Description

    + Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organization goals, customer needs, and industry trends.

    + Drive innovation by identifying emerging healthcare trends and opportunities to enhance product offerings.

    + Partner with Marketing, Sales, Actuarial, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product optimization.

    + Oversee the end-to-end product development process, including market research, product design and launch.

    + Manage product performance post-launch, using analytics and customer feedback to make improvements and adjustments as needed.

    + Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to inform product positioning, pricing, and features.

    + Assess customer feedback, industry changes, and regulatory updates to proactively shape product offerings.

    + Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and developers.

    + Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

     

    Salary Range

     

    $250,000.00 -$325,000.00

     

    Compensation & Total Rewards Overview

     

    The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a range of salaries for this role and similar roles across the organization. The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; as well as internal equity. As part of our comprehensive total rewards program, colleagues are also eligible for variable pay. Eligibility for any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits remains in the Company's sole discretion and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
