**Schedule:** Full Time

**Shift** : Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm

**Location:** 209 Old Highway 1187 Burleson

The role you'll contribute:

Primarily responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operation and patient flow. Assist in delivery of great patient care.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Responsible for assisting in delivering patient care and performs back-office duties.

+ Obtains vital signs and records a brief history in the chart.

+ Prepares the patient for the exam by the physician.

+ Administers injections; Draws blood and performs laboratory tests.

+ Assists in office surgery and procedures.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed

Required:

+ Minimum High School Diploma or GED

+ Must have completed an education program for preparing medical assistants

+ Current Medical Assistant certification required

+ Active BLS required

Preferred:

+ 1 year of clinic experience
