The role you'll contribute:

The Program Director of Policy/Quality is responsible for all accreditation and regulatory components of all laboratories, policy and procedures, quality assurance and billing compliance. Ensures laboratories follows safety and quality assurance procedures, seeing to it that employees are properly trained and always complying with necessary rules and regulations. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Oversees accreditation requirements for all laboratories, including College of American Pathologists (CAP), American Association of Blood Banks (AABB), and other entities.

+ Creates, updates, and maintains policies and procedures as applicable.

+ Facilitates compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements and applicable state and federal laws, coordinating preparedness activities and response to surveys/audits.

+ Ensures adherence to institutions document control standards.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

**Required qualifications** :

+ Bachelor's

+ 7 years of Work Experience

+ 3 years of Leadership Experience

+ Clinical Laboratory Supervisor (SU)

+ Medical Lab Scientist (MLSAMT) OR Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLSASCP) OR Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTAAB)OR Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTAMT) OR Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTASCP)
