The Dispatcher oversees daily route operations, monitors driver performance, and ensures our buses run safely and on schedule.

    Dispatcher Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate and monitor all daily bus routes and schedules

    + Communicate with drivers, monitors, and management to ensure on-time performance

    + Handle phone and radio traffic professionally and efficiently

    + Document and report scheduling issues or route changes to Operations Leadership

    + Provide front-line support and guidance to drivers and staff

    Dispatcher Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics preferred

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

    + Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems

    + High school diploma or equivalent
