Essential Responsibilities:
+ Responsible to build industrial strategy for emerging technologies in partnership with technical owners
+ Focused on industrialization of incubating technologies in order to scale for production both for capability & capacity
+ Act as the Industrial execution arm of MRL-TRL strategy pillar within T&O Strategy
+ Partners with digital teams to identify and create a strategy around the next generation digital transformations needed to achieve the next gen industrialization strategies
+ Be an active and influential voice in translating the Industrial strategy and behaviors to all audiences, including customers and suppliers. Translate and adopt strategy, goals, and operational rhythms across levels ensuring alignment, communication, and integration of approach. Responsible for executing vertical integration strategies including partnering on key acquisition, JV, partnership efforts for the supply base
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
+ A minimum of 8 years of experience in Technology/Engineering, Strategy, Supply Chain, or Project Management
+ May require travel up to 50% of the time

+ Previous experience in strategic consulting at established firm, preferably with experience with industrialization of new technologies
+ Previous experience in technology/engineering

+ Expertise in procurement & supply chain organizations, including experience
