What You’ll Do as ADON:

+ Support the Director of Nursing in leading and developing the nursing team

+ Coach, mentor, and support nurses and CNAs

+ Conduct rounds to ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction

+ Assist with staffing, policies, compliance, and quality initiatives

+ Be part of a leadership on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For:

+ Active Iowa RN license (or ability to activate)

+ CPR certification

+ Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred

+ Someone with passion, professionalism, and leadership drive
