Senior Business Director
The business development, marketing and community engagement director is responsible for increasing visibility, building strategic partnerships and generating new opportunities to support the mission of the organization. This role combines business development, marketing and outreach efforts to expand services, strengthen referral networks, and engage the community in behavioral health awareness and organizational mission.
Your Core Responsibilities
Business Development
+ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
+ Build and maintain partnerships with health care providers, schools, community agencies, and local businesses.
+ Track outcomes and performance metrics related to business development initiatives
+ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote programs and services
+ Participate in creating promotional materials visibility and community awareness
+ Representing the organization at community events, behavioral health fairs and stakeholder meetings
+ Design and implement outreach campaigns to promote improving community awareness for services offered by agency
+ Coordinate community feedback and integrate into program development and strategic
+ Develop and lead community outreach initiatives to build trust and visibility.
+ Foster partnerships with nonprofits, government entities, and local organizations.
+ Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and in the media.
+ Ensure programs reflect community needs and contribute to social impact.
+ Promote inclusive, equitable engagement with diverse populations.
+ Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
+ Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications
+ Masters Degree in Business or Public Health
+ 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing and community engagement
