Harborview Hematology- Oncology and Medical Operative Clinic** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Program Coordinator.
WORK SCHEDULE
+ Full-time, Days (40 hours per week)

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Organize work and appropriately prioritize patient care and/or projects with occasional assistance from supervisor
+ Objectively assist in developing systems that improve responsiveness to patients
+ Exhibit well-developed critical thinking skills, particularly in ambiguous situations
+ Demonstrate ability to operate with minimal day-to-day direction or oversight
+ Coordinate complex scheduling of diagnostic procedures and consultations. Work with PSS to schedule less complex referrals as well as appointments with scheduling directions in place
+ Facilitate scheduling of urgent referrals and procedures, working closely withphysiciansto triage, using knowledge ofprocedural-specific diagnoses, CPT codes
+ Triage patient phone calls according to severity of need; follow through and resolve patient requests in a timely manner
+ Collaborate with Business Operations Supervisor and PSS to create, update and maintain all clinic templating that meets the needs of patients, clinic staff and providers
+ Provide follow up coordination at check out on clinic days
REQUIREMENTS
+ High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty
+ Equivalent education and or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as license, certification, and or registration
