    PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. Seeks Experienced Electronic Assembly Conformal Coating Specialist

    Direct Hire Opportunity – Maple Grove, MN | ITAR Facility

    **Position:** Conformal Coat Operator

    **Pay:** Starting at $22.00/hour ($45,760 annually)

    **Shift:** 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

     

    About the Role

     

    Join a leading manufacturing and engineering team producing high-reliability electronics for aerospace and defense. We’re seeking an experienced **Conformal Coat Operator** skilled in precision spray application and coating processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Mask, mix, and apply conformal or silicone coatings by hand or with PVA machinery.

    + Perform detailed hand spraying using a respirator and follow strict safety standards.

    + Inspect and verify coating quality under UV light; perform touch-ups as needed.

    + Operate and maintain Asymtec automated dispensing equipment to apply protective coatings and potting materials to electronic assemblies.

    + Communicate effectively with Leads, Engineers, and Quality teams to maintain production flow.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + **Minimum 1 year of electronics manufacturing or coating experience.**

    + Ability to interpret **blueprints, process sheets, and inspection documentation.**

    + **IPC-A-610 Certification** required (or obtained upon hire).

    + Must pass respirator fit test, medical evaluation, and vision/color assessment.
