    **Pay:** $19.50/hr | **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM

    PDS Tech Commercial is hiring **Production Generalists** in Marietta, GA. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a high-energy environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality in every step of the order fulfillment process.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Fulfill customer orders through picking, assembling, packing, and shipping.

    + Inject/download point-of-sale devices.

    + Maintain accurate inventory records and integrity.

    + Meet daily quality and production goals.

    + Support deployment operations across multiple work areas.

    + Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and management.

    + Contribute to projects and perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

    + Proficiency with computers (email and Excel required; Oracle experience a plus).

    + Ability to use handheld scanners, printers, and related accessories.

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + Ability to lift up to 49 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

    + Ability to stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shift.

    + Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed.

    + Must be able to read and follow directions in English.
