PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to partner with a global aerospace leader in **Oklahoma City, OK** . In this high-impact, full-time consulting role, you’ll lead complex programs that drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence across major aerospace initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to influence key strategic outcomes while ensuring successful project delivery through expert planning, coordination, and risk management.

What You’ll Do:

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead and integrate all phases of project execution—from planning and analysis to completion—ensuring alignment across stakeholders and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Developing, coordinating, and maintaining integrated project plans and schedules for complex programs.

+ Leading trend, variance, and impact analyses to support performance and planning decisions.

+ Conducting risk and opportunity assessments and developing mitigation plans.

+ Supporting Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Control Account Management (CAM).

+ Acting as the primary project contact to define stakeholder requirements and objectives.

+ Facilitating change and baseline management, ensuring best-in-class project execution.

+ Coordinating internal and external commitments to meet program goals and timelines.

What You’ll Bring:

+ **Bachelor’s degree** from an accredited university (Master’s degree preferred).

+ **10+ years of program management experience** , with a proven record of successful project delivery.

+ **10+ years of financial tracking experience** , with expertise in budget oversight and forecasting.

+ Strong collaboration and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment.

+ Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining strategic focus.

+ **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

Work Details:

+ **Location:** Onsite in Oklahoma City, OK (Building 84-205)

+ **Type:** Full-time; Consultant (4–6 months)

+ **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 1st shift (8 AM–5 PM, 9x80 work schedule)

+ **Starting Pay Rate:** $68.73 per hour

+ **No travel or overtime required**

**Pay Details:** $68.73 per hour
