Job Description
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform safe and effective set up, operation, and cleaning of the aseptic filling equipment
• Conduct the sterilization and manual washing of machine components
• Perform routine basic chemical concentration tests
• Plan and schedule of fluid transfers and raw lines CIP with HTST and blending employees
• Follow and understand production schedule and adjust as needed to avoid down time
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and contact maintenance when necessary
• Ensure timely staging of packaging materials
• Maintain and monitor quality of product and processes
• Ensure accurate and timely monitoring of critical control points
• Perform CIP processes for all processing equipment
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

**SCHEDULE:** 6pm - 6am
COMPENSATION:
+ $30.76/hour
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 to 4 years of manufacturing/production experience needed, preferably in the dairy or consumer goods industry
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
• Able to effectively work in a team environment
• Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
