Position Summary:
+ Serve as the lead in providing customer service and support to employee wellness participants. Drive engagement strategies through various communication channels. Assists supervisor manager in daily operations of the department as it relates to employee member wellness needs. Responsibilities include member communications and education, employee training, and completing and preparing documents and reports. Performs quality and assurance data checks to support quantitative and qualitative measures for the department. Acts as a first line resource for members to resolve any program participation issues. Capable of coordinating and communicating effectively with team and members during increased volumes and with complex members
+ Fiscal - Develops annual operating budget and three-year capital plan. Produces monthly operating report as to performance relative to budget. Produces detailed cost benefit justifications for new positions and or additional resources related to volume or other business changes.The following duties are considered secondary to the primary duties listed above:
+ Assists with any special projects as assigned.
+ Assists or compiles information for applicable management reports.
+ Assist with data needs
+ Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
+ Minimum Required Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Microsoft office experience.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to apply analytical qualities.
+ One 1 year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience in a highly customer-oriented organization.
+ Bachelor’s degree or experience in the health and wellness field
+ One 1 year of Epic or equivalent Electronic Medical Record experience
+ Attention Concentration: The following level of ability is essential for the jobholder to focus on certain aspects of current experience and reject others.

+ The following are essential requirements of the position in relation to job-worker situations. These items describe how a worker must adapt, adjust, conform or act.
+ Repetitive work: Ability to continuously perform the same type of work for extended periods of time, according to set procedures, sequence or pace.
+ Variety and change: Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure involving significant differences in technologies, techniques, procedures, environmental factors, physical demands, or work situations.
+ Communication: Ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely; to present ideas, facts and technical information.
+ Interpersonal relations: Ability to maintain relationships that facilitate task accomplishment; to cooperate and resolve conflicts; to recognize needs and be sensitive of others.
Education or Equivalent Experience:
+ Bachelor of Arts or Science
+ H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
