Assistant Director - Re-Entry Services (CV772-1) - Reentry Services Division

Salary - $47,476.00/Yr, together with benefits package.

The position of Assistant Director shall report to the Program Director. They will be part of the management team of the facility. The responsibilities are managerial in function, with the coordination of overall supervision of the Shift Supervisor, Program Manager, Program Assistants, Program Administrative Assistant and other assigned staff including but not limited to recruitment, interviewing and hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling. The Assistant Director will oversee ongoing operations of all shifts as it relates to security and safety of the facility, accountability for the resident population, and supervising the orientation of all new residents.

The Employee in this position must have a Bachelors Degree with (2) years experience in a related field and (1) year supervisory experience or an Associates Degree with five years experience in a related field with supervisory experience. The position requires demonstrated ability and mastery of the following skills: fiscal management, resource development, community and public relations, experience with diverse populations and office administration. Good oral and written communications and organization skills. Employee must have functioning knowledge of computer software, specifically Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, and Word. Employee must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency requirements.
